We want your experience with Immortalise3D to be as easy and seamless as possible. Below are answers to our most common questions. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.


How do I find my .gpx file? 

Most fitness and mapping platforms allow you to export your activity as a .gpx file. Here are the easiest ways to find yours:

Strava

  1. Log into Strava on a desktop browser.

  2. Open the activity you want to immortalise.

  3. Click the three dots (…) on the left-hand side.

  4. Select “Export GPX.”

  5. The file will download to your computer.

Garmin

  1. Log into Garmin Connect on a desktop browser.

  2. Open your activity.

  3. Click the settings gear icon.

  4. Select “Export as GPX.”

  5. Download and save the file.

Other Apps or No Tracker? (GPX Studio)

If you don’t have a tracker or couldn’t export directly:

  • Visit gpx.studio

  • You can manually draw your route on the map

  • Export it as a .gpx file

  • Upload that file to us

What activities do you support?

We support any tracked activity that produces a route, including:

  • Runs

  • Rides (cycling, motorbike, MTB)

  • Hikes (single or multi-day)

  • Road trips

  • Swimming

  • Rowing

  • Custom adventures

If it has a path, we can immortalise it.


Do you support multi-day hikes or trips?

Yes. You can upload multiple .gpx files for multi-day adventures, and we will combine them into a single final model.


What do I need to upload for my order?

  • Your .gpx file (or multiple for multi-day trips)

  • A screenshot of your activity/map

  • Any notes or customisation requests during checkout


What size are the models?

Standard size is:
100 mm tip-to-tip hexagon

If you’d like a larger size, simply contact us before ordering and we’ll organise a custom option.


Do you offer returns?

Because every item is fully custom and made to order, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
