At Immortalise3D, all products are custom made to order based on the files, specifications, and details provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect file uploads, or customer input errors.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Or not as ordered due to our error

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a fair resolution.
